The Square is renowned for being the best place in town to have a party. You can hire the Dining room or Lower Deck exclusively for your event whether it be for a small gathering or full-on bash!

For all events we offer a Mumm Champagne reception at £7.50 per glass and Prosecco or Bellinis at £3.50 per glass. Please see our drinking and dining pages for food and drink menus.
Our chocolate fountain is available for hire at £50 which comes with fresh exotic fruit and marshmallows ready to be skewered and dipped!

Members receive complimentary hire Sunday to Thursday with reduced rates Friday and Saturday

The Lower Deck contains our prestigious cocktail bar and is the most suited to hosting events with a capacity up to 120 guests.

Exclusive hire is £200 Sunday to Thursday. If you wish to hire the Lower Deck on a Friday or Saturday please call the Club directly. All exclusive events require a guest list and exclusivity runs from 5pm till 10pm. The Lower Deck is open until 1am.

With regards to music, you can bring in your mp3 player, I pod,  hire a DJ or we can do it all for you.

For exclusive hire of the Dining room we require 30 guests minimum (40 maximum), however for parties less than 30, exclusivity can still be achieved at an additional cost of £10 per absentee. This must be paid in order to secure the booking and is refundable up until a week before the dinner. Large tables can be booked without exclusivity if requested.

For all groups over 10 diners we require your meal to be pre-ordered at least 3 days beforehand.

At The Square we can cater for day conferences for hotel guests in The Berkeley Square. We offer morning or afternoon tea with flapjacks and scones…etc for approximately £7 per head. The Dining room is available for use 11am – 5pm and the Lower Deck (with presentation facilities) is available 9am – 4pm. Room hire is £50 for the day however for conferences spending over £200 the hire fee is refunded.
