What happens if there is another lockdown?

We of course hope that this will not happen! In the event it does, you will not be liable. You can either choose to postpone your meal/party to another date, or you can choose to have your deposit returned to you.

What happens if changes in guidance make our event untenable?

Much like the above, if this is beyond either of our control and we cannot host any of your group on your booked date then you can either choose to postpone your meal/party to another date, or you can choose to have your deposit returned to you.

What if numbers are restricted for my event?

If restrictions are in place that limit the number of guests, to below the numbers you had booked with us, there are a couple of options:
a. reduce your numbers to within the limit at least 28 days prior. As your final numbers are only required 28 days ahead this will adjust your quote and won’t affect the contract.
b. give at least 28 days notice, in writing, to postpone to a future date. This would be considered the booker’s choice

If restrictions change within 28 days of your event that affect your booking then, of course you will be able to adapt to those changes.

  1. reduce your numbers to within the limit within 48 hours of the announcement. This will adjust your quote and won’t affect the contract.
    b. postpone to a future date, within 48 hours of the announcement, by putting this in writing. This would be considered the booker’s choice

What if an attendee is unable to attend due to a positive COVID test or is asked to isolate?

We hope that none of your guests will be in this situation but understand there is a possibility this could occur. If given more than 7 days notice, there is no penalty for the guest not being able to attend. Within 7 days, the pre-order is unable to be amended but we will happily still provide you with the portion of food and drink for the cancelled guest. Please note – we may require proof of a positive test or the isolation note.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Government guidance from the 19th July 2021 allows the wearing of masks to be personal choice. This means you can choose to not wear a mask if you would like or wear one if you feel more comfortable. This is entirely your choice!

Can we have a band/DJ?

Music is now allowed! This would be under the terms of our license and only available in certain spaces. For more information, please ask your venue contact.

Can we dance?

Yes! Dancing is back on and we look forward to you having a boogie!

Can I order at the bar?

Under COVID restrictions this will be allowed! This means if you don’t want to order at the table you can head to the bar to grab a drink. We do recommend a pre-order for your party so that there are drinks ready when you arrive for your group and it saves time!
