Yoga with Sophy gives you the opportunity to switch off from the outside world and provide yourself with a little self-care.

Everyone should have a little time in their daily life that is solely for themselves. Where there is nobody wanting anything from you.

You’ll connect your body to your breath, bringing you into the present moment where you have nothing else to do and nowhere else to be. Yoga with Sophy provides a fun, relaxed and uplifting space where you can truly be yourself. Aiming for improvement, not perfection.
