PILATES WITH ROSE
Pilates is a low-impact method of exercise designed to strengthen and lengthen the whole body from head to toe. A holistic approach to wellbeing, with strong focus on connecting the body and mind, and moving to feel good!
Rose’s Pilates classes will leave you feeling strong and centred, with a sense of balance and clarity to carry through all aspects of life.
Classes will be held outside on Berkeley Crescent, please bring your own mat.
All are welcome.
